SI900TKM 900 YEAR JUBILEE OF
THE THREE KING MEETING IN KUNGAELV, YEAR 1101.
In 2001 Swedes celebrate "The meeting of the three Kings". This 900
year old jubilee is a tribute to the three Nordic regents, who, in 1101, met in
Kungälv to "vent disputes and promote peace". Our own modern day
version of "The meeting of the three Kings", with meetings and dialogs
is an exchange of culture, interest and community. We celebrate with a series of
meetings from January 1st to the middle of August. Meetings between everything
and everyone in Kungälv.
The Royals of Sweden, Norway and Denmark will during the year meet in Kungalv to
confirm the old agreement and it´s celebration. Because of this occasion
