This award is sponsored by the Club Villa Maria for contacts made on or after from 30 May 2009.
It reflects the rich existence of rivers, streams, reservoirs, lakes and lagoons in our province.
It will be awarded to Radio amateurs and listeners with official license.-2 °.
It will be carried out without Constraints of band or mode from the banks of rivers, streams, reservoirs, lakes or lagoons which are located in the province of Córdoba.-3 º.

3. For the validation of your certificate requests, Argentine radio amateurs can choose any of these three following options:
a) Send to the RCA the application and forms accompanied by the original QSL cards that certify the contacts made, with sufficient postage for their return.

ARGENTINA "South American Lighthouses" Diploma GDXBB
As a membership of the event "South American Lighthouses Weekend" (1st edition in February 2009), the Radio Club Grupo DX Bahía Blanca permanently sponsors the DIPLOMA "SUDAMERICANOFAROS".
It is intended for officially licensed radio amateurs and listeners from all over the world.

101 COUNTRIES
1. The following certificate is granted for the confirmation of contacts with 101 (one hundred one) different radio countries, according to the List of Entities of the Radio Club Argentino.
2. For the submission of applications for the 101 Countries certificate and its endorsements, the provisions of Points 3, 4 and 5 of the General Bases of the RCA Certificate Program apply.
3. Different certificates can be requested by contacts in the following modes: Mixed, Phono (AM, FM, SSB), CW, Digimodos, 50 MHz Mixed.
4. You may request multiband or individual bands of 160, 80, 40, 30, 20, 17, 15, 12, 10 and 6 meters.
5. The 101 Countries certificate is awarded by the achievement in the 5 (five) bands of HF 80, 40, 20, 15 and 10 meters.
6. Contacts made after November 20, 1945 are valid.
7. It is mandatory to prove a contact with one station in the Argentine Republic.

Terms
a) Endorsements will be extended for every 20 (twenty) new accredited confirmed entities until they reach 301 (three hundred one).
b) Endorsements will be extended for every 10 (ten) new confirmed entities accredited from 302 (three hundred and two) onwards.
Tariffs of endorsements
a) Radio amateurs RCA partners: No charge
b) Argentine radio amateurs not members of the RCA: $ 75 (Pesos seventy five)
c) Foreign radio amateurs: US $ 10 (US Dollars ten) per endorsement.
9. For the application of endorsements, you must indicate the certificate number 101 Countries duly granted of your contacts.
FIVE CONTINENTS AWARD
You must prove that you have contacted stations located on five continents: America, Europe, Asia, Africa and Oceania.
Laureate is awarded for the presentation in the 5 (five) bands of HF 80, 40, 20, 15 and 10 meters.
All HF bands may be used for your contacts. Modes may be Mixed, Phone, CW or Digital.

ARGENTINE CERTIFICATE
Provide proof that you have communicated with 100 (one hundred) different Argentine stations using any band or mode.
The purpose of this Certificate is to promote radio activity with and between Argentine stations.
To request it, the presentation of QSL cards will not be required.
ARGENTINE ANTARCTIC CERTIFICATE
You must prove that you have contacted stations located in Argentine Antarctic bases (LU # Z).
a) Argentine stations must confirm contacts with 3 (three) different Argentine Antarctic bases.
b) Foreign stations must accredit contacts with 1 (one) Argentine Antarctic base.
Work bands valid for this Certificate: All of HF.
Valid modes include Mixed, Phonics, CW, Digital.
ARGENTINE “LOCATIONS”
You must prove that you have contacted stations located in locations in the Argentine Republic, and using any band or mode.
For the purposes of this Certificate, any city, town, village or populated area that has a Postal Code, assigned by the Official Mail of the Argentine Republic, is considered a locality.
The localities that share the same Postal Code will be considered as different entities.
The locations assigned to more than one Postal Code will be considered as a single entity.
It is granted in successive classes from the first 100 locations contacted:
a) Class I: 100 locations
b) Class II: 200 locations
c) Class III: 300 locations
d) Class IV: 400 locations
e) Class V: 500 locations
f) Etc., every 100 new locations
RAILWAY STATIONS
You must prove that you have contacted 35 active or inactive Argentine railway stations, of three different lines, located in a minimum of 3 provinces.
All railway, passenger and freight stations are considered valid for this award. deactivated stations will be valid as long as they have not been demolished in their entirety, whether or not they served

ARGENTINA ---Radio Club Rosario Series ---
General Requirements Common to All Awards:
The following proof of contacts must be provided:
1. photocopy of QSL cards obtained
2. Log (paper or electronic to lu4fm@lu4fm.org.ar )
3. Self-driving over with postage $5(*). (The certificate is printed on an A4 size cardboard)
4. Apply to: Radio Club Rosario, Mail Box 263. Zip Code: 2000 – Rosario., Argentina.
5. The administration of the TDR Certificate will be carried out by Radio Club Rosario, and its decisions are final.
The Radio Club Rosario makes available to the radio amateur community the following permanent certificates:
T.D.R.: The Rosario Department.
This Certificate may be requested by all those Argentine or foreign radio amateurs who have completed the corresponding log, having made the contacts required in these rules.
The TDR consists of making radio amateur radio contacts from each of the locations of the Rosario Department, and with 24 amateur radio stations from the City of Rosario, including within them the station corresponding to the Radio Club Rosario, LU4FM following these conditions:
The contact with LU4FM will also be considered valid when the Radio Club is in Operational Practices.
The Radio Club Rosario will occasionally make expeditions to those localities that do not have amateur radios or that have little amateur radio activity. Any amateur radio is also authorized to activate areas that for some reason does not register activity, provided that the documentation corresponding to its shipment is presented. The starting date is January 1, 1980.
Contacts may be made in any band, in compliance with current regulations.
Contacts made via repeaters will NOT be valid for this award. Contacts made by satellite are considered valid.
Members with current membership social status of Radio Club Rosario are exempt from the shipment of the self-directed party but must indicate to which address the certificate should be sent.
C.P.R.A.: Postal Codes of the Argentine Republic
To access the CPRA it is necessary to contact and demonstrate this contact with the corresponding QSL cards with 10 stations with different postal codes, for each of the 9 postal regions in which the Argentine Republic is divided (ninety contacts at least in total), it must include at least one contact for each of the provinces that integrates each postal region and under the following conditions:
1. The CPRA certificate will be available to all amateur stations belonging to any country in the world. In case of changes of address and / or a distinctive signal during the time of making the contacts necessary to obtain the Certificate, the contacts made will remain valid.
2. The start date is set from 1 March 1996. Only cards with a contact date equal to or later than the one indicated will be accepted.
3. All contacts must be confirmed with QSL cards. These cards must be in the possession of the applicant and at the disposal of the Radio Club Rosario for authentication and verification when required.
4. Contacts made via repeaters will NOT be valid for the CPRA award.
5. You can operate in any band or mode in compliance with current regulations.
6. The Argentine Mail Postal Number Guide available at any office or post card will be the only tool to determine the postal code of the station address issuing the QSL card. The postal code corresponding to the address printed on the card (except for portable operations and shipments) will be taken as a valid term.
7. If a QTH and a different postal address are displayed, the QTH postal code will be adopted.
8. In the case of portable, mobile or expedition operations, the person applying for the award must send to the Radio Club Rosario sufficient evidence of their stay in the locality on the date of operation in the form of: Police Certification or Postal Certification. As long as this documentation is not confirmed by the Radio Club Rosario, the operation will not be considered valid.

T.D.S: All Santafesinos Departments
Any amateur radio who demonstrates having had 2-way contacts with the 19 departments of the Province of Santa Fe shall be granted under the following conditions:
1. Valid communications on or after the date: 27/11/1927.
2. You can contact stations using any band or mode in compliance with current regulations.
3. Contacts made via repeaters will NOT be valid for the TDS. However, contacts made by satellite are considered valid.
4. SPECIAL DIPLOMA for those who make all contacts using just one band.
5. Any holder of the Diploma is authorized to include the letters TDS in his QSL's.

(*) Clarification on $5 postage: The certificate is A4 size in print on a satin cardboard and is sent between a couple of common sheets for protection. ARGENTINA "South American Lighthouses" Diploma GDXBB
As a membership of the event "South American Lighthouses Weekend" (1st edition in February 2009), the Radio Club Grupo DX Bahía Blanca permanently sponsors the DIPLOMA "SUDAMERICANOFAROS".
It is intended for officially licensed radio amateurs and listeners from all over the world.
The lighthouses and beacons located in South America recognized by ARLHS, worked and confirmed from January 1, 2009 (will not be valid from previous years) shall be considered for this DIPLOMA.
Communications will be accepted in any band and mode established within the current regulations.
The diploma comprises 3 (three) categories:
BASIC DIPLOMA – 10 (ten) beacons and beacons from 3 (three) South American countries must be accredited, regardless of the quantity of each country.
DISTINGUISHED DIPLOMA - 20 (twenty) beacons and beacons from 4 (four) South American countries must be accredited, regardless of the quantity of each country.
LAUREED DIPLOMA - 30 (thirty) beacons and beacons from 5 (five) South American countries must be accredited, regardless of the quantity of each country.
If the log is certified by a Radio Club or by two radio amateurs general category or higher, it will not be necessary to send the photocopies of the confirmed headlights.
Once the BASIC diploma has been achieved, adhesive endorsements will be awarded free of charge by the DISTINGUISHED and LAUREED diplomas to be added to the Basic. For these last two applications, only one self-directed envelope with minimal postage should be sent
The diploma is A4 size on illustration paper printed in photochromic, and will carry the applicant's license in laser. The cost of the diploma will be 25 (twenty-five) pesos for Argentine amateurs and listeners, an amount to which must be added a postage of the Argentine Mail, a fee of up to 150 grams, for the postal shipment. For amateurs and foreign listeners the value of the diploma will be 10 (ten)$or 8 (eight) IRC vouchers that will include shipping costs. The endorsements will be free of charge.
This diploma as permanent, has no end date and can be requested at any time.
