BELARUS AGB-Digital awards - FT8 Program
The International Club AGB issues Diplomas for QSO Digital Modulation. You can receive these Diplomas free of charge if certain conditions are met. Diplomas are issued in electronic PDF format (with the exception of additional special cases for unique certain diplomas). If you have any questions, please contact the AGB-Digital awards managers - Igor EU1EU-OK8EU or Arnis YL3GBC to clarify the conditions for obtaining the Diploma.
Diplomas can be obtained by all licensed amateur stations, provided that the appropriate conditions are met.
AGB-Digital-FT8 award series
The Diplomas were created by the AGB Club to popularize the activity with the newly developed digital FT8 modulation type.

QSO are protected on the following ranges: 2190m, 630m, 160m, 80m, 40m, 30m, 20m, 17m, 15m, 12m, 10m, 6m, 4m, 2m, 70cm, 23cm, 9cm, 6cm, 3cm, 1,25cm.
QSO for FT8 modulation are valid if made on or after 01/June/2017.
Your application for the Diploma and ADIF file must contain at least the following elements :
CALL, Date, Time, RST, QTH-Loc (minimum 4 digits, eg KO34 ..)
SWL Diplomas are not issued.
The diploma is planned to be processed by Hamlog.ru on the pages of diplomas of the club AGB
www.AGB.hamlog.ru or www.AGB.hamlog.ru/agbdigital/ where you can fill your log and download diplomas.

The diploma was created by the AGB Club to popularize the activity with the Digital FT8 modulation type.
All Digital QSOs must have been made with the FT8 mod.
The applicant must make at least 50 QSO + 1 QSO with an AGB-member.
No Restrictions on bands, continents, countries..
2. AGB-Digital-FT8 World award
The diploma was created by the AGB Club to popularize the activity with the Digital FT8 modulation type.
All Digital QSOs must have been made with the FT8 mod.
The applicant must make at least 70 QSO
It is also necessary to have contacts with at least 3 continents and 10 DXCC countries.
No Restrictions on bands, continents, countries.
3. AGB-Digital-FT8 Africa award
The diploma was created by the AGB Club to popularize the activity with the Digital FT8 modulation type.
All Digital QSOs must have been made with the FT8 mod.
The applicant must make at least 10 QSOs
You also need to have contacts from at least 2 DXCC countries.
Limitations on bands- no.
4. AGB-Digital-FT8 Antarctica award
The diploma was created by the AGB Club to popularize the activity with the Digital FT8 modulation type
All Digital QSOs must have been made with the FT8 mod.
The applicant must make at least 5 QSOs.
It is necessary to have contacts with 2 Antarctic stations.
Limitations on bands - no.
5. AGB-Digital-FT8 Asia award
The diploma was created by the AGB Club to popularize the activity with the Digital FT8 modulation type.
All Digital QSOs must have been made with the FT8 mod.
The applicant must make at least 50 QSOs.
It is also necessary to have contacts with 5 Asian DXCC countries.
Limitations on bands - no.
6. AGB-Digital-FT8 Europe award
The diploma was created by the AGB Club to popularize the activity with the Digital FT8 modulation type.
All Digital QSOs must have been made with the FT8 mod.
The applicant must make at least 50 QSOs.
It is also necessary to have contacts with 20 DXCC countries of Europoe.
Limitations on bands - no.
7. AGB-Digital-FT8 North America award
The diploma was created by the AGB Club to popularize the activity with the Digital FT8 modulation type.
All Digital QSOs must have been made with the FT8 mod.
The applicant must make at least 50 QSOs.
It is also necessary to have contacts with at least 5 DXCC countries of North America..
Limitations on bands - no.
8. AGB-Digital-FT8 South America award
The diploma was created by the AGB Club to popularize the activity with the Digital FT8 modulation type.

The Belarusian Federation of Radio Amateurs and Radiosportsmen presents the "W-28-M" award to licensed amateurs and SWLs who have conducted 2-way radio communications (or SWLs) with the countries that are located along the 28th Meridian. The diploma "WDRB" (Worked districts of Belarus) was established by the Belarusian Federation of Radio Amateurs and Radio Exporters and is issued for conducting two-radio amateur (or SWL) with various administrative regions of the Republic of Belarus.
A List of administrative districts for the diploma "WDRB" may be found on their WWW site. It is a list of 142 cities and towns and should probably be saved by anyone who is serious about applying for this award.
There are four levels of the Diploma is "WDRB", diplomas "WDRB - 75", "WDRB - 100" and Plaque "WDRB # 1".
Award Reqirements:
1. "WDRB" it is necessary to contact radio communications with no less than 50 administrative regions.
2. Endorsement stickers "WDRB-75" and "WDRB-100" are issued for making radio contacts (SWL), with no less than 75 and 100 areas.
3. For those contacting all areas, a plaque "WDRB # 1" is issued.
The radio contacts (SWL) must have been made on or after January 1, 1994. You may earn the award using any kind of mode on any radio frequency band. Endorsements are available upon request. Endorsements includes earning the award using one band or just one mode for all contacts. Radio contacts (SWL) through repeaters are not counted.

Belgium — UBA Awards Program --
General Requirements: Fee for each of the awards is €E10 for traditional awards or free if you choose the option of the award being sent to you in digital format e-mailed to your address. Belgian Postcode Award
The UBA offers this award to both licensed HAMs and SWLs for having worked/heard and confirmed Belgian stations in cities and villages each having a different postcode. The sum of all these postcodes should at least be 500,000.
Endorsement stickers are available for having confirmed a sum of 750,000 and 1,000,000 Postcode Award endorsements.
Applicants are encouraged to make use of a special Excel file which facilates tracking and applying a great deal. Contact the UBA award manager to get a copy of the sheet which contains all post codes.
Anyone not using the file should prepare a GCR (iGeneral Certification Rule, i.e. a list of the data of your received QSL cards verified by two licensed HAMs) listing of all confirmed postcodes in ascending order.

Worked All Belgian Provinces
The WABP certainly is Belgium's premier award. It can be achieved by both licensed HAMs and SWLs for having worked/heard and confirmed all ten Belgian provinces and Brussels.
Europeans need each province and Brussels on two different bands, making a total of 22 contacts. Stations outside Europe need a single confirmation from each province and Brussels.

This Award is instituted by the Belgian Air Force Amateur Radio Association , is available to all licensed radio amateurs AND Short Wave Listeners.
Requirements: Contact members of BAFARA: ON stations need 10 points, EU stations: 5 points and DX stations: 3 points.
Point Values:
Contacts with BAFARA member stations = 1 point each.
Contacts with BAFARA club & special event stations = 2 points each.
Other:
1. Each station may be contacted ONCE.
2. There are NO band or mode restrictions.
3. Contacts made via relay and/or automatic stations are NOT allowed.
4, Only contacts made AFTER 01 January 1992 are valid.

Belgium — UBA Awards Program --
General Requirements: Fee for each of the awards is €E10 for traditional awards or free if you choose the option of the award being sent to you in digital format e-mailed to your address. Send your GCR (General Certification Rule, i.e. a list of the data of your received QSL cards verified by two licensed HAMs) to the UBA Award Manager: Egbert Hertsen, ON4CAS, Van Busleydenstraat 10, B-2800 Mechelen, Belgium.

Belgian Postcode Award
The UBA offers this award to both licensed HAMs and SWLs for having worked/heard and confirmed Belgian stations in cities and villages each having a different postcode. The sum of all these postcodes should at least be 500,000.
Endorsement stickers are available for having confirmed a sum of 750,000 and 1,000,000 Postcode Award endorsements.
Applicants are encouraged to make use of a special Excel file which facilates tracking and applying a great deal. Contact the UBA award manager to get a copy of the sheet which contains all post codes.
Anyone not using the file should prepare a GCR (iGeneral Certification Rule, i.e. a list of the data of your received QSL cards verified by two licensed HAMs) listing of all confirmed postcodes in ascending order.

Worked All Belgian Provinces
The WABP certainly is Belgium's premier award. It can be achieved by both licensed HAMs and SWLs for having worked/heard and confirmed all ten Belgian provinces and Brussels.
Europeans need each province and Brussels on two different bands, making a total of 22 contacts. Stations outside Europe need a single confirmation from each province and Brussels.

BELGIUM BAFARA AWARD
This Award is instituted by the Belgian Air Force Amateur Radio Association , is available to all licensed radio amateurs AND Short Wave Listeners.
Requirements: Contact members of BAFARA: ON stations need 10 points, EU stations: 5 points and DX stations: 3 points.
Point Values:
Contacts with BAFARA member stations = 1 point each.
Contacts with BAFARA club & special event stations = 2 points each.
Other:
1. Each station may be contacted ONCE.
2. There are NO band or mode restrictions.
3. Contacts made via relay and/or automatic stations are NOT allowed.
4, Only contacts made AFTER 01 January 1992 are valid.

1. All awards are provided as digital files which you can print with your own equipment. Traditional print and mail service are available. Contact sponsor for prices.
2. Only point to point contacts are valid. (This means no contacts will be valid if sent via repeaters, EchoLink or any other means that do not use only the radio signals for communication).
3. Applications: Send scanned LOG containing the name, address, area code and list of stations contacted with prefix, date, time, band and mode to the e-mail address: diplomas@labre-sp.org.br .
4. SWL OK on the same basis as licensed amateurs..
5. Confirmations of the contacts made by LoTW, e-QSL and physical QSL (Print of the LoTW computer screen - e-QSL and photo physical QSL) are all accepted.
6. No date restriction on QSO/SWL.

DIPLOMA CESP - State Certificate of Sao Paulo
This award may be earned by all amateur Brazilian or foreign stations. The Diploma CESP - São Paulo State Certificate is earned for making two-way contacts with different amateur radio stations from cities in the state of São Paulo as follows:
1-Brazilian stations from the following Brazilian States: SP, GB, ES, MG, GO, DF SC, RS, MT, MS, PR need to make 40 QSO with cities in the State of Sao Paulo . (Hams residents in those states need to confirmation of 40 cities in the State of São Paulo).
2- All other Brazilian states need 20 cities of São Paulo . (Hams who are residents in other states not listed, need the confirmation of 20 cities in the State of São Paulo).
3 DX Stations living in all other countries must make contacts with 10 cities of São Paulo.
Contacts valid from 1.1.1965 in any band or mode, approved and allowed for the applicant ham, according to the current specific legislation.
An endorsement sticker is available exclusively for the CW mode. Contact with the official station of LABRE-SP PY2AA can be used as a wildcard to replace only one missing QSL .
Diploma Millions of Paulistas
The Amateur League Radio Brazilian LABRE-SP Issue offers, the Paulistas Million Diploma, which is awarded for 2-way contacts with different amateur radio stations from cities in the state of São Paulo, using the first 5 numbers of CEP's address for cities or street addresses to reach the sum of 1,000,000 points. Endorsement seals: Bronze, Silver, Gold to 1,000,000 points. Contacts valid from 01/07/1987 on any band or mode, approved and allowed for the applicant ham, according to the current specific legislation. There is an endorsement sticker if all contacts were made using CW mode.
(Look at the PY2's address on paper QSL cards. There will be a ZIP Code which may also be identified as “CEP” in the address. This is a 5 digit number, a dash mark, and a three digit number. The value of the 5 digit number is what you use for this award. For example, PY2KPY’s card shows “ZIP CODE 05402-970. His card is worth 5,402 points)
Diploma AZ São Paulo
The Diploma AZ São Paulo may be earned by making 2-way contacts with amateur radio stations of São Paulo, collecting the letters of the alphabet from A to Z using the last letter in the suffix. Example: PY2A A , PY2S B ....... PY2Z X , etc. Contacts are valid from Jan.8, 1977 using any band or mode. An endorsement sticker is available for exclusively for the CW mode. A contact with the official station LABRE-SP PY2AA may be used as a wildcard to replace only one missing QSL.

The Diploma Brazilian Islands - DIB was designed by Pedro Sirzanink - PP5SZ and was available up to March 2017 by Ronaldo Bastos Reis - PS7AB (Expedicionários Ilheus Association) , who requested LABRE-SP to continue the award. Currently the issuance of the Diploma is in charge of Labre-SP.
The LABRE-SP now offers all amateur Brazilian or foreign stations the Diploma Brazilian Islands - DIB , which may be earned by making contacts with hams operating from Brazilian islands. Contacts may be on any band or mode, approved and allowed for the applicant ham, according to the current specific legislation.
The diploma may be earned in the following categories, for those islands listed in the list of already validated islands (coded):
- Basic Award: 5 islands.
- Endorsements for each additional 5 new islands.
Diploma Lighthouse Brazilian (DFB)
This award was developed by Pedro Sirzanink - PP5SZ and was managed through March 2017 by Ronaldo Bastos Reis - PS7AB.. Currently the issuance of the Diploma is in charge of Labre-SP.
The League of Amateur Radio Emission Brazilians - LABRE-SP offers all amateur Brazilian or foreign, the Diploma Brazilian Lighthouses - DFB , earned by making 2-way contacts with stations operating from Brazilian lighthouses.
The Brazilian Lighthouses Diploma DFB may be awarded only for valid lighthouses that meet the following minimum criteria:
A) appear as a beacon on the Board of Brazilian lighthouses List of Hydrography and Navigation of the Navy of Brazil;
B) having built masonry structure, or tower (frame) metal;
Some lighthouses are NOT valid. They include Barge-lights, tubular structures, any unique remarkable tower or building, special lights, beacons, buoys markings, obstacle lights, platforms, radio beacons, radar, and similar cylindrical poles, occasional operation, etc.
Lighthouses are officially named by the Navy of Brazil, and may be known by local names, different from the official name. (July 2015). Not all lighthouses valid for WLOTA ARLHS and diplomas are valid for the DFB. Contacts are valid using any band or mode, approved and allowed for the amateur service, according to the current specific legislation.
The award will be issued only to valid lighthouses as follows:
1. Basic award - 5 Lighthouses.
2. Endorsements for each additional 5 lighthouses.
