KAZAKHSTAN        “Green Kazakhstan"


The award program "Green Kazakhstan" was established by the Kazakhstan section of the Foundation (W)WFF for communication with radio stations, working with Specially Protected Territories and Natural Objects of the Republic of Kazakhstan according to the list of the Ministry of environmental protection of the Republic of Kazakhstan (STATE CADASTRES of NATURAL RESOURCES of the Republic of KAZAKHSTAN) and included in the list of International WWFF and WFF program.

DIPLOMAS AND AWARDS OF THE UNFF.

Diplomas "Green Kazakhstan":
Diploma "Green Kazakhstan" - for QSO/SWL with 5/10/15/20/25/30/35/40 with Amateur radio stations operating from the territory of different references UNFF.

AWARDS "Green Kazakhstan HONOR ROLL - PLAQUE":

To earn the award " Green Kazakhstan - Honor Roll" it is necessary to make contacts numbering no less than 44/50/55 and up to 100 QSO/SWL with various groups of UNFF references..  Note that repeated QSOs with the same reference do not count.

Each reference counted only once regardless of the type of mode and range. Radio count from 1 May 2009.

Registration of applications

The diploma is issued on the basis of an extract from the hardware log.

The application is a standard form in the form of extracts from your logbook. Your list for the diploma may use WORD, EXEL), specifying all basic data about QSO's and with indication of the area number in directory of the UNFF.  Paper QSL-cards in the confirmation is not required.

SWL's are required in the application optionally specify Callsign of correspondent.
QSO's only confirmed the main database / logsearch of the Republic of Kazakhstan .

The diploma is issued in two variations:

1. Paper version.
The application is made on the basis of the performed tests in the center of the WFF, and should be sent to the address of the thesis Committee.
The application must include a copy of the receipt on payment of the diploma.
Kazakh radio - 500 tenge
The CIS stations - 5 Euro
Hams far abroad - 10 Euro

The price should be discussed in advance with the program Manager.

2. The electronic version.
At the request of the applicant diplomas of all classes can be issued free of charge in electronic form in a file that is provided to the applicant in format JPEG/PDF.

LATVIA            Award "Dobele"


The diploma is issued by the amateur radio group from Dobele, Latvia.  The requirements are simple: contact at least 3 QSOs with radio amateurs from the town and county Dobele .

The following radio amateurs work from the town and county of Dobele:

    YL3GAO - Andris
    YL3CZ - Alexander
    YL2GSI - Olgerts
    YL2QK - Andris
    YL1ZO - club station
Other:
1. Only QSOs dated 01.01.2014 or later are valid for this award.
2. Repeated QSOs with the same station are valid if made on different bands.
3. SWLs can apply for the award under the same rules.
4. Award is issued in electronic format (pdf) and is free of charge.

LEBANON                Worked Oscar Delta (WOD)


1. The WOD (Worked Oscar Delta) Award is available to all radio amateurs worldwide who submit proof with written confirmation of having contacted a minimum of 5 different OD land stations in Lebanon.
2.  Two-way communications must be established on any amateur band as per Region regulations at the time of the QSO with each station on any band and/or mode. There is no minimum signal report required. Any or all bands may be used for WOD.
3.   Contacts must be made from the same location. Club station applicants, should include clearly their club name and call sign of the club station.
4.    Contacts made with OD stations must be dated 01.01.1990 or later. Contacts must be confirmed in writing i,e a QSO card. Confirmations must show your call and indicate that two-way communication was established.
5.  Contacts made through "repeater" devices or any other power relay method cannot be used for WOD confirmation. All stations contacted must be "land stations." Contact with ships or aircraft cannot be counted.
6. The OD station contacted must be a member of the R.A.L.
7. RAL reserves the right to spot call for inspection of QSL cards (at RAL expense). The purpose of this is not to call into question the integrity of any individual, but rather to ensure the overall integrity of the program. Failure of the applicant to respond to such spot check will result in non-issuance of the WOD certificate.
8. Disqualification: False statements on the application or submission of forged or altered cards may result in disqualification. RAL does not attempt to determine who has altered a submitted card; therefore do not submit any marked over cards or a card with easily removable sticker. The decision of the RAL Awards Manager in such cases is final.
9. Application Procedure (Please follow carefully)
    a.  Do not send confirmations (QSL cards) to RAL Awards Manager
    b. Application form must be submitted to RAL Awards Manager by Air mail only.
    c. The application form must be verified and signed by your local Awards Manager, or verified and signed by your QSL manager, or by 2 licensed Radio Amateurs.
    d. All applications sent to RAL must include the return postage fee which is 10 US$

LITHUANIA            Award "Kaunas"
 
This award sponsor is the Vytautas Magnus University radio club.

The award is available for QSO`s with 10 different amateur radio stations, located in Kaunas city and Kaunas district. In case of using by the station any special call, it is considered as another station. QSO`s are valid in any  of amateur radio band and any mode. There are no any time limitations. QSOs  through repeaters do not count. QSOs with club station LY3V / ex LY3VM / are valid independent of QTH, from which this station was operating.

Application should be written on the basis of QSL-cards received, e-QSL,  LOTW data, or QSOs, confirmed in annual Vytautas Magnus Trophy contest. In case of dispute, award manager can request copy of any QSL-card..

Stickers are available for additional 10 QSOs with Kaunas amateur radio stations. The highest endorsement is sticker for having QSOs with 70 different Kaunas amateur radio stations.

The award may be received as a printed document or as a digital award.  Please tell the custodian which option you have chosen:
    - in electronic form in JPG or PDF format  / free of charge /
        - in print form.  The fee award in print form will be 5 EURO, 7 USD or 6 valid IRC should

If there is a special endorsement, please pay sticker fee of one IRC.

For working 100 different Kaunas stations the separate award - KAUNAS TROPHY is available trophy.

LITHUANIA         WAL Awards Program (Worked All Lithuania)


WAL – the Lithuanian Radio Amateur Society National awards program. These awards can be reveived for QSO's with different LY squares. QSO counts on all modes and all bands except over the repeaters. There are a total of 394 squares in Lithuania.

LUXEMBOURG        The LARU LX Award


The LARU LX AWARD is issued for celebrating the foundation of the Luxembourg Amateur Radio Union. The award is available to licensed amateur radio operators and short wave listeners. All contacts with stations operating from LX count towards the award.

The award is issued in the following categories:
    LARU LX HF 20 AWARD for at least 20 LX contacts on HF
    LARU LX HF 50 AWARD for at least 50 LX contacts on HF
    LARU LX HF 100 AWARD for at least 100 LX contacts on HF
    LARU LX VHF 20 AWARD for at least 20 LX contacts on VHF
    LARU LX VHF 50 AWARD for at least 50 LX contacts on VHF
    LARU LX VHF 100 AWARD for at least 100 LX contacts on VHF

(HF is below 30 MHz, VHF is above 30 MHz.)

Contacts via earthbound repeaters are not valid. The same station may be worked once per band and mode. All modes are valid.

The award certificates are numbered in ascending order. For short wave listeners, the award is named LARU LX (V)HF xx SWL AWARD.

Applicants should complete the application form, submitting a list showing the date, station worked or heard, time, band and mode, duly certified by three licensed amateur radio operators.

The fee for each category is 10 Euro. Awards will be mailed by post to the applicants.
