ROMANIA Romanian Fortress On The AIR Award For Hunters
This award will be granted to any amateur radio station who submits proof of radio contacts with stations working portable stations (ex: YO0XX/P) from various fortified places in Romania.
Fortified places are: citadels, fortresses, fortified guard towers, bastions, fortified settlements, fortified churches and monastery, fortified lines.
Each location contains an identification code, which contains a group of two letters and 5 figures, representing the country and a serial number for each location (for example YO-00201), which is assigned in accordance with the rules of WCA.
The RFA code facilitates identification of the fortification according to the county were the structure was located.
For the RFA awards the valid location will begin with code YO-00170 until YO-00520, and all locations beginning with code YO-00601 and higher.

ATTENTION: QSOs with castles do not count for this award. (There are other awards for working Romanian castles. This award concentrates on specialized buildings which are non-castles.)
The award will be conferred only once for contacts in any one or different bands or mode. Each level of the award provides you with a different design.

BRONZE - need QSO with 5 different fortifications.
SILVER: need QSO with 10 different fortifications.
GOLD: need QSO with 25 different fortifications.

The diploma "460 Years A Part of Russia" was established by the Kabardino-Balkar branches of the Russian Geographical Society and the regional branch of the Union of Radio Amateurs of Russia, with the assistance of the DOSAAF of Russia, the KBR in honor of the 460th anniversary of the voluntary entry of Kabarda (the present Kabardino-Balkarian republic) into the Russian state in 1557, This was in the time of Tsar Ivan the Terrible. RUSSIA Award Program Asian Prefix Hunter - ASPXH
The award degree program is founded by the Russian CW club R-CW-C. Diplomas are issued for QSO with amateur radio stations of Asia which have various prefixes in the call signs.
Diplomas are issued for the radio communications which are carried out by telegraph (CW).
Each various prefix for awards must be different. Radio contacts must use different prefixes and be made by the CW mode and all contacts made for this program must be made on or after January 1st, 2000 on all radio amateur bands, including WARC.
There are 12 diplomas available in the ASPXH program:
ASPXH - 100 - is given for QSO with amateur radio stations of Asia which have 100 various prefixes in the call signs;
Separately designed certificates are provided as follows:

RUSSIA Battle on the Ice
The Diploma "Battle on the Ice", is dedicated to one of Russia's Military victories where the Russian soldiers of Prince Alexander Nevsky won a decisive engagement with German Knights on Lake Peipsi in May 1242 . This was 776 years ago.
To obtain the award in 2018: The need is to score at least 100 points. QSO with stations in the Pskov Region (Russian District Award : PS-xx. This Diploma was established by the CPP Astrakhan region. There are 3 levels of the award:
Diploma 3rd Level
To obtain the 3rd level, you must prove two-way contacts with the FIVE countries which border the Caspian Sea.
The Caspian Sea washes the shores of the five littoral states:
Kazakhstan - in the north, northeast and east, the coastline length of about 2320 km.
Iran - in the south, the coastline length - about 724 kilometers;
Turkmenistan - in the southeast, the coastline length of 1,200 km;
Russia - on the west and north-west coastline of about 695 kilometers;
Azerbaijan - the south-west, the coastline length of about 955 kilometers.

RUSSIA Celina - 65 Diploma
This award was developed by the Tyumen regional branch of the CPP. It honors the vast fields where of central Russia which contain areas where the soil is very suitable for the growing of wheat, rye, and other grains. The table below requires contacts with the countries and geographical areas which fed Russia for many years. To earn the award, you must make 65 QSO areas where large-scale development of virgin lands began and developed. The listing below shows the name of the area, and the the second element of the prefix of the call sign will help you to determine if you have the needed contact. For example, the first one below shows “North Kazakhstan” which is the name of the area and the asterisk (*) shows the number of the call sign. Therefore UN*C means that UN3CC or UN8AB would be a qualifying contact because the call areas because the prefix is correct for Kazakhstan, the first letter following the prefix can be any number and the first letter of the suffix is “C”.

RUSSIA Golden Ring of Russia - Uglich
The Golden Ring of Russia is a tourist route through Russia’s ancient cities of North-Eastern Russia, where there are unique monuments of Russian history and culture. Uglich - the city of the Golden Ring of Russia, is one of the oldest cities in Russia which was founded in 937 by a relative of Princess Olga of Kiev - Jan Pleskovic.
To obtain the diploma you need to contact stations worth 937 points for contacts with amateur radio operators in Uglich, Yaroslavl region, as well as a special event station radio stations dedicated to Uglich city. Starting date is 1 June 2018.
DIPLOMA:
Scoring:
1. radio stations operating in the city of Uglich and Uglich area = 150 points.
2. radio stations operating in the Yaroslavl region with the exception of the town of Uglich and Uglich area = 50 points.
3. a special radio station dedicated to the town of Uglich = 300 points.
4. Points for contacts with the zero area of Russia radio station are doubled. Repeated radio stations are allowed to make QSOs on different bands and in different modes within the same band, as well as in different calendar months.
5. The general rule is that the application must show at least 3 different identification signals.
6. SWL certificate is issued for two-way radio communications surveillance on similar terms.
OTHER:
1. Hams from the Yaroslavl region diploma is issued for making at least 937 QSOs with amateur radio operators located around the world for on least two different bands, based on logs uploaded to the site ro3m.ru in the period since 1 June 2018.

RUSSIA "Great Rivers of Russia"
The Board of the "Bear Meadow" club has developed a new diploma program "Great Rivers of Russia" different from the previously known programs with the same direction.
In the program of "Great Rivers of Russia" (Russian Great Rivers), in order to increase the interest of "hunters" to radio amateur expeditions, for establishing radio communications only with mobile stations operating from the coastal areas of the listed rivers: Dnipro, Don, Volga, Ural, Irtysh, Ob, Yenisei, Lena, Cupid, provided "expedition ary" HONOR ROLL special edition.
The rewarding plaque is given to "hunters" according to the same rules as HR-1 in the activator version.
Hunters need to make contacts / communications only with mobile operators working from coastal areas of all areas in the waters of the listed rivers. To qualify the "hunter" requires three coastal areas, and necessarily located on different shores, if any. For example, only one district will be needed to clain a QSO with the Amur River in the region, and only left-bank areas are sufficient to set off the Amur River in the Amur region.
There are no sES with radio amateurs of neighboring states.
"Mobile" considers that all stations temporarily staying in the listed areas, regardless of the fraction used or lack thereof.
Participants who have fulfilled the conditions can receive a plaque, one or more of the series provided by the founder, as a reward.

The "Great Rivers of Russia" program provides several areas of fulfillment of the conditions for receiving awards by applicants, both hunters and activators. Awards can have an original design or a colorful decoration on the base plaque, explaining the conditions under which it is received.
The numbering of awards in each direction is independent and will be published lists. The award is made in the form of a plaque.

The club has decided to gather more interest from the amateurs of the world, by introducing this award where you are asked to contact at least 25 different members of the club. The image of this award is very professional.
The Basic Diploma is awarded for making contacts with 25 members of the club. Contacts must have been made since 7 May 2018. SWLs may apply based on the same rules as fixed stations have. Repeated radio contacts are acceptable as long as the contacts use QSOs made on different bands and modes.

Diploma "Earth Penza" is issued to radio amateurs in Russia and abroad for QSOs (SWL) with radio amateurs of the Penza region.
The Diploma has three degrees or levels:
1. 1st degree it is necessary to QSO with all 33 administrative districts of the region (according to the list of diploma «RDA») using any mode on all amateur bands.
2. 2nd degree it is necessary to QSO with 25 administrative districts of the region (according to the list of diploma «RDA») using any kind of mode on all amateur bands.
3. 3rd degree it is necessary QSO with 20 administrative districts of the region (according to the list «RDA» diploma) using any kind of mode on all amateur bands.
All contacts are valid if made on or after 1 January 2016.
The electronic certificate is free . (Later it is planned to issue hamloge).

RUSSIA "Russian Castles" Award (RCA)
The "Russian Castles" Award (Fortresses of Russia) is issued to any licensed radio-amateur or SWL who submits proof of radio contact with stations making contat from fortresses (*), or adjacent territory in a radius no more than 1 km, located on territory of the Russian Federation and also objects outside territory of the Russian Federation including other continents (in case if these historical fortresses were under jurisdiction of Russia more than 150 years.
Each object is assigned the number under R.C.A. program (for example RC-001, etc.)
(*)The Following historical objects are valid:

Stockaded towns (Ostrog in Russian);
Fortifications;
Castles;
Citadels;
Kremlins;

"Russian Lakes" Award (RLA)
The "Russian Lakes" Award (RLA) has been instituted by RZ1CWC Team and will be issued to any amateur radio operator or SWL for two-way QSO or SWL-report with radiostations working from lakes and impoundments located on territory of the Russian Federation.
To obtain the award need to have QSOs/SWLs with radio stations working from lakes and impoundments which are designated on the map in scale 1:50000, have name and the area not less than one square kilometre.
QSOs/SWLs with /MM radiostaions, radiostaions located on reservoir's islands or in coastial edge (no more than 100 meters from reservoir) are valid.
Each reservoir has identification number “RLA” (Russian Lakes Award): Russian oblast abbreviation + serial number starting from 001. For example: RLA: LO-001, RLA: KL-002 etc.
Some reservoirs can have several identification numbers as are territorially located in different areas (krai, oblast, republic). For example, lake Baikal is located in Irkutsk oblast and Republic Buryatiya, accordingly has two identifiers - IR and BU. In this case lake Baikal will have two numbers, for example, RLA: IR-001 and RLA: BU-001 and to be valid as two different reservoirs in accordance with administrative and territorial division of Russia.
Since March, 1st, 2011 objects identification by award program «Russian Lakes Award – RLA» will be changed. Objects identification will be consist of two letters “RL” (Russian Lakes) + number of ham radio district of Russia + serial number beginning from 001. For example RL-1-001, RL-2-003 etc.
QSOs/SWLs since January, 1st, 2009 are valid. There are no restrictions by bands and kind of mode. Each reservoir is valid only once.
There are four classes of the award:
Class 1 - 100 different reservoirs;
Class 2 - 50 different reservoirs;
Class 3 - 10 different reservoirs;
HONOUR ROLL - 100 different reservoirs.
The application for diploma is based on the extract from log and certified by signatures of two licensed radiohams.

RUSSIA Vladivostok Squad of Cruisers
The diploma program "Vladivostok Detachment of Cruisers" was established by the Primorsky branch of the Union of Radio Amateurs of Russia in memory of sailors and officers of the Vladivostok Detachment of Cruisers (1903-1906) and in connection with the 115th anniversary of the Russian-Japanese War (1904-1905).
Diplomas are awarded for QSO / SWL with amateur radio stations of the Primorsky Krai and the city of Vladivostok.
The Vladivostok detachment entered history with its daring raids to the shores of Japan, which caused panic on the Japanese forces. At the same time, the cruisers were able for long time remained elusive for the Japanese fleet. The foreign press nicknamed them "ghost ships".
The structure of the detachment included four cruisers: "Bogatyr", "Russia", "Thunderer" and "Rurik".

The Vladivostok detachment entered history with its daring raids to the shores of Japan, which caused panic on the Japanese forces. At the same time, the cruisers were able for long time remained elusive for the Japanese fleet. The foreign press nicknamed them "ghost ships".
The structure of the detachment included four cruisers: "Bogatyr", "Russia", "Thunderer" and "Rurik".
QSO / SWL that are conducted on any HF / VHF radio amateur bands with any mode since February 9, 2019 are counted.
For QSOs / SWLs, different types of digital communications are counted as one.
Repeated QSO / SWL allowed on another band and another type of radiation.
To obtain diplomas , you must score a certain number of points. Making contacts with QSO / SWL with amateur radio stations in the city of Vladivostok equals 5 points, and with amateur radio stations in Primorsky Krai, 2 points.

The application for obtaining diplomas is submitted in electronic form on the basis of an extract from the hardware journal. The extract from the hardware log is made in the comunications.
Points Required for Different Classes:
Diploma 4 classes: the cruiser "Bogatyr", 30 points;
Grade 3 diploma: The Thunderbolt Cruiser, 50 points;
Grade 2 diploma: Cruiser "Rurik", 70 points;
Class 1 diploma: Cruiser "Russia", 90 points;
Diploma "Vladivostok squad of cruisers." The diploma "Vladivostok squad of cruisers" is awarded on condition that all four diplomas are completed.
The diploma is issued in electronic form. The application for obtaining diplomas is submitted in electronic form on the basis of an extract of your log book. Basic information including call sign, date, time, RST and Signal Reports should be reported. RUSSIA Wild Field Diploma
This award was developed by the Balakleyskiy Amateur Radio Society to describe the historically informative history of this ancient division of land in Russia and the Ukraine.
The term Wild Field refers to a vast expanse of the steppes of the Northern Black Sea and the Azov Sea. In Russia it is traditionally called a field, and also called the Wild Poles in the 16th century to justify their territorial claims. The term, back in the 16th century was to describe the wild areas belong to no one person or group.
These places can hardly be called "wild" - according to one version, because it was here that was once the ancestral home of the Indo-Europeans, it is developed Scythian civilization, and even after the Mongol invasion in the time of the Tatar invasions this land, though significantly depopulated, was never quite "empty and wild"
The Diploma "Wild Field" award may be earned by making two-way radio (observations) with amateur radio stations in Belgorod, Voronezh, Rostov region. (Russia), Dnipropetrovsk, Donetsk, Zaporozhye, Kirovograd, Lugansk, Nikolaev, Odessa, Poltava, Sumy, Kherson, Kharkiv, Cherkasy region (Ukraine). The award is available also to contacts or SWLs, made since January 1, 2000 . The award requires you to make contacts with all 15 areas mentioned above.
All bands and modes are OK, including WARC and also by VHF radio amateurs registered in HAMLOG . The award is FREE and is delivered by a digital image. Counting QSO and issuing electronic diploma is carried out on site http://hamlog.ru/ Application should be made through the http://hamlog.ru/, a shared system which collects QSO data and compares this with requirements for awards.

The certificate “World Castles Activity Group – WCAG” has been instituted by group of radio hams-founders of World Castles Award Program (WCA) as a mark of commendation for work on the air from historical and memorial places.
This award certificate “World Castles Activity Group – WCAG” is issued for making contact with 5 members of WCAG. QSOs are valid since April 25th 2010 on any bands by any modes.
